Believe it or not, a huge one
third of Western women get some form of cancer every year.
After skin cancer, breast cancer is the most prevalent form,
affecting over 200,000 women annually in just the
USA alone. Other common cancers in
women include colon, ovarian, and
lung.
As astonishing as these
numbers are, you aren’t helpless when it comes to the
prevention and treatment of cancer.
Cancer has a weak
link
—one that does not get much
publicity, attention or agreement from the medical
profession, but studies show that it’s a huge factor in
the disease’s growth and development. What’s this link?
Cancer needs an acidic environment in the body to
proliferate.
That’s right. Cancer
thrives
in an overly acidic environment.
But when you balance the acid/alkaline levels, the lack of
acidity starves cancer cells. An acid environment is caused by
eating foods that when digested leave an acid residue, and
similarly an alkaline ash is the residue from eating alkaline
foods. There are several ways to alkalinize your body and
create an inhospitable environment for cancer. Specifically, I

should be avoided), and which foods are
key to maintaining a healthy alkaline environment within

Health problems vanish
Properly
manage the delicate balance between acid and alkaline
elements in your body and you’ll find that many "health
problems" will
vanish.
Science has divided foods, like chemicals, into two
classes:

Alkaline-forming, or those regarded as safe foods, and...
·
Acid-forming, those regarded as somewhat dangerous foods.
Digestive juices are required to breakdown food in our stomach.
The concept is that when you eat Acid-forming foods (see
attached acid-alkaline chart above), you will have an acid-ash
residue and your body will be more acidic and prone to
acidosis. On the other hand, when you eat Alkaline-forming
foods which are rich in organic mineral salts and vitamins, the
residue will be alkaline. This digestive process controls the
ph levels in the body. Eliminate the need to think
about diets and questions about loosing weight, by eating a
ratio of about 80% alkaline foods to 20% acid foods for a
balanced food intake.
When you do eat acid-formers, such as meat, cheese, nuts,
grains, et cetera, remember to get the highest nutritional
benefit from your food to eat plenty of health-promoting
alkaline items. So when you eat meat, always combine it with a
salad. The iron content of the meat needs the vitamin ‘C’ from
the salad to be taken up by the body. There is no reason to
exclude these acid-forming foods entirely—but use them
judiciously in the correct balance.
Fruits help produce digestive juices which promote good
elimination and their high water content keeps the bowels moist
and soft. Protein, starch, sugar and fats leave acid residue.
Thus an alkaline diet diminishes acidity of the urine by
neutralizing and absorbing normal body acids. It also forms a
reserve of bicarbonates, which help to maintain neutrality.
Please note that because a fruit is ‘acid’ is no indication
that its reaction is the same in the body, because it really
may be alkaline.
Honey and raw sugars yield alkaline ash, but on account of the
high concentrate of sugar, become acid-formers. Rhubarb with
raisins or dates is very good.
The average person can be safe on an 80% alkaline to 20% acid
proportion. Watch yourself. Plan your meals to follow this
valuable acid-alkaline chart—the most complete, simple and
up-to-date in existence. However, don't make a fetish of this
regimen, but observe it in a rational manner. Even if you do
eat an all-acid meal, make your next two or three all-alkaline,
and don't worry about it.
Good gland tone means perfect health. Glands feed mainly upon
body secretions, and the healthy body must have living mineral
and mainly alkaline elements.
The pH of
distilled water is 7, this is neutral. Any solution with a pH
below 7 (i.e. pH 1.0 to pH 6.9) is an acid and any solution
with a pH above 7 (i.e. pH 7.1 to pH 14) is an
alkali.
Acidic
solutions have a pH between 1 and 6.9 = your stomach contains
HCl it is pH2.
Alkaline
solutions have a pH between 7.1 and 14. = your small intestine
is pH 9.
Neutral
solutions are neither acidic nor alkaline so their pH is around
7.
Acidification in the
body comes as a result or THREE primary
things:
1.
Eating too many acid foods, which create an acid ash in your
body. This is where proper diet comes in. By eating a diet
of 80% alkalizing foods, you’ll eliminate the production of
excess acid in your body.
2.
Microforms like bacteria, yeasts and fungi
create acidic toxins in
your body. Not only do they "show-up" in an acidic body,
they also pollute and further acidify your body. For this
reason, it is important to cleanse & detoxify your body
in order to jump start the process of balancing your
pH.
3.
Decrease your alkaline
intake. Being
depleted of the necessary alkaline buffers such as minerals
that neutralize acids, and ions that help to conduct energy
and regulate fluid pH. By increasing your intake of
alkaline
supplements and alkaline, healthy water you will
replenish your body’s capacity to neutralize excess
acids.
Lastly, to maintain a perfect internal environment, observe
these general health rules. Rest and sleep are alkaline
builders. So is exercise, fresh air, pleasure, laughter,
conversation, enjoyment, and most importantly loving
relationships.
Steer clear of these Acidifiers: worry, fear, anger, gossip,
hatred, envy, complaining, selfishness, and even silence and
